DOUBLE RABBET – U

A frame which fits over the wall. The frame throat is 3mm larger than the wall
thickness. Recommended for small thickness walls and Dry/Stud Walls (like GypsumWalls). A frame provided with two rabbets, where the leaf can be installed on any of them.
Recommended for Frames required with large Frame Depth on large thick walls, as the
double rabbets give more toughness to the Frame Structure.
Jamb/Wall Relation: Flush on the Wall.

Min. Frame Depth = 135mm
Max. Frame Depth = 500mm
Max. Throat Opening (for Fire Rated Doors Only)= 330mm Min.
Face = 35mm
Max. Face = 100mm
The 2 Rabbets can be unequal sizes within the above limitations.
