STANDARD FEATURES
-This Type of Door Construction consisting of 2 metal skins formed and j oint
together to give the hollow shape, then the hollow space will be stiffened with HAT
Shape Steel Stiffeners, and filled mineral core between Stiffeners (ROCKWOOL or
FIBERGLASS) insulation.

This construction gives high rigidity to the door and high insulation to give high
protection from Heat, Fire and Sound.
Metal Skins Material:
-Coled Rolled, G60, G90 or SS.
-Skins Thicknesses: 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, other guages to be designed
specially.
-Insulation : Rockwool 50kg/m3, 100kg/m3, 150kg/m3 or Fiberglass 28kg/m3
-Standard Leaf Thickness is 45mm – any other thicknesses to be designed
specially.
-Fire Rated in Construction.
-Sound Rated Construction.
-Door Edges: available SEAM EDGES WITH INTERLOCKING and SEAMLESS EDGES
