GENERAL INTROUCTIONN
-ALZAHABIA – ( Zw200) Twin Frame Partitions System is highly recommended where Separating walls and divisions between noisy or noise sensitive rooms require very high levels of sound insulation. The Twin Frame metal system is a dual layer
ST- Stud Partition used were the highest fire and acoustic performance is required.
-The ( Zw200 ) Twin Frame Partitions are constructed from two metal frames in parallel, braced together with a Board Strip and boarded on the external sides only. Varying cavity size options help optimize acoustic insulation and provide
a service cavity. The Twin Frame system is a lightweight, flexible option compared to traditional masonry separating walls.
-All stud and track are manufactured to adhere to ASTM & C645 from pre-galvanized material to ASTM A653.
-All studs are knurled to ease drywall screws penetration.
Fire certification is also available upon request.
-ALZAHABIA offer A full range of studs as well as resilient bars.
The range starts at 48mm to 148mm with track to Suit it in standard, deep and extra deep leg heights, in gauges from 0.5mm to 1.2mm.
