insulation and flatness of door surfaces. it gives High Heat Insulation, and
Medium Fire Rating and Medium Sound Rating.
– Metal Skins Material: Coled Rolled, G60, G90 or SS.
– Skins Thicknesses: 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, other guages to be designed
specially.
– Insulation : POLYURETHANE INJECTED
– Standard Leaf Thickness is 45mm – any other thicknesses to be designed
specially.
– Fire Rated in Construction.
– Sound Rated Construction.
– Door Edges: available SEAM EDGES WITH INTERLOCKING and SEAMLESS EDGES.
